This piece is a bull-like beast with an armoral shell. It stands on it's hind two feet in playful attack mode. The skeleton is made of Human Ivory--finger and toenail clippings.
It's named "Rho Beast of Lille Ø" after it's origins. All the nails (besides the horns of cat claws) were donated by Rhodes. Rhodes has a Danish background and his family owned an island in New York state, which they named Lille Ø, or "Little Island."
The miniature sculpture comes in a glass dome with a walnut base and measures 3" in diameter and 4" tall.
