Gorgeous, vintage, winter-white fascinator with feather and brooch detail, over fur. This one-of-a-kind showstopper would be a beautiful addition to any vintage outfit. I cannot verify whether this is real fur, but it is incredibly soft and very realistic. The brooch is a little loose and could be more firmly affixed. The hat is in otherwise great vintage condition with minor wear along the actual fascinator headbands.
