I spiral and bend steel wire into simple and beautiful leaf shapes, then embroider colorful pieces of wool felt onto each armature. I choose from a rainbow of heathery autumn colors that work really well together. My delicate embroidery contrasts and accents each leaf to really give them that homemade appeal. (Please see photo 4 to see how clean the backs look.)
I will choose for you 3 different leaves in complementary shapes and colors. You won't be disappointed, I promise! Order 2 or more sets, and I will add 2 small leaves for free.
These leaves look beautiful strewn naturally on a table or hung garland-like on a piece of string or twine. You can even use them as place card holders for your Thanksgiving feast.
They come boxed in sets of 3 for storage or as a lovely hostess gift. (My box is a natural kraft brown color.)
They are all similar in size, ranging from 4" to 3 1/2" (10cm to 9cm).
They are somewhat flexible and can bend into the shapes you prefer but that means they are also delicate and can bend out of shape if played with.
