Step One: Purchase this listing
Step Two: E-mail photos of your pet and the info requested below to:

I will let you know when it will be ready. If you have a specific date you will need the custom, please let me know right away.
Also, please provide the following information:
•Pet's name
•Birth date or rescued on date
•Collar color
•ID tag inscription (for the metal ID tag on the collar--must be brief)
•ID tag shape (heart, star, circle, bone)
•2-3 things about your pet's personality
--OTHER OPTIONS--
Please let me know in your e-mail if you want to include any of the following:
• A tuft of your dog's fur to be included in the stuffing (you would need to snail mail this to me)
• An open mouth with a cloth tongue hanging out (pant, pant)
• Other requests are welcome

Original Sock Dogs and Cats are usually about 12"-16" and are made from BRAND NEW socks and other new materials. Each custom comes with a personalized aluminum ID tag and an artist-signed hang tag that includes your pet's birth date/rescued on date and a short story.
