This is a custom order for 3 personalized gift-tags or labels for a name or word of your choice with the colors of felt and yarn that you choose.
The wire names are held in place by the decorative stitch around the border which is made with cotton yarn for crochet.
The letters are free hand shaped using silver-plated German silver wire in gauge 24 and their approximate measurements are:
For capital letters as well as long lower case such as
f, j, y, g: about 0.6 inches tall(1.5 cm). And for the lower case letters about 0.2 inches tall (.5cm), the width varies proportionally.
This measurements are just to give you an idea of the tag's dimensions but are not exact (because they're handmade and I don't shape them with a ruler! :)
The felt I use is eco-friendly and comes in pretty cool colors!
The measurement with the felt vary according to their shape, for example:
the heart measures: 1.6" x 1.4" or 4 cm x 3.5 cm
Joy: 1.6" x 1.6" or 4 cm x 4 cm
Amy: 1.7" x 1.2" or 4.4 cm x 3 cm
Jess: 1.6" x 1" or 4 cm x 2.5 cm
Hope: 1.7" x 1.2" or 4.2 cm x 3 cm
The length of the cotton yarn to hang them from is
2.8" (7 cm) approx.
