Features a washable outer-covering. Boo-Boo Bear prefers to be handwashed, but will also settle for machine-wash cold. The inner rice-filled pack cannot be washed.
How to use:
Microwave in 30 second intervals, but be sure to watch it closely to prevent any burning. The arms are not filled so you can safely pull your rice doll out of the microwave to test the temperature. Please note: I cannot be responsible for burns or injuries from misuse or over-heating.
Rice dolls are versatile! As a heating pad, they are excellent to help relieve sore muscles, minor back pain and menstrual cramps. They can keep your hands toasty warm in the winter. Alternatively, they can also be used as an ice pack! Simply freeze in a plastic bag for a few hours or overnight and its ready for you with its soothing comfort!
