These vases are part of a series inspired by my art-school days of painting stripes on canvas. Slip-cast from my original wheel-thrown/altered design, I make each piece from scratch- mixing up the slip, pouring my moulds, firing and then glazing each vase with multiple steps along the way. It's been glazed by hand with lovely and rounded stripes on each side and single glaze fired to 2264 F. The perfect gift, goes great with a few blooms or none at all. Modern and retro with lovely colours.
7" tall, 4" wide at base. Holds 2-3 Tulips or multiple smaller stems of flowers.
