It's made from a large faceted vintage heart. I attatched a gold bail and hung it from a thin gold chain. The pendant measures 3cm wide and 4cm long at the widest point. Chain is 15" long and the heart will sit at the base of the throat. If you require a longer length I'll be happy to change it at no extra charge.
