This image is part of my Natural History series. The folks at the Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center in Mystic, CT were kind enough to let me come in and photograph their collection. It's a gorgeous place - well worth visiting if you're in the area.
Making an appointment to photograph this collection has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. It resulted in the most productive 48 hours of my life. I hope you enjoy the photographs as much as I've enjoyed making them.
