A friend gave me an enameling kiln and enamels, and I've been experimenting with different colors and metals. I came up with these earrings after experimenting with red enamel and flowers that I made out of gold brass wire. I added a small strip of yellow glass to the top of each earring. The enamel and wire flowers are fused to rectangle copper plaques. The piece is finished off with homemade earring hooks I fashioned from brass wire.
Earrings are about 2 inches long including ear wire. Light weight to wear!
