This version of Heart Strings was created from a delightful old copy of Anna Sewell's wonderful tale, Black Beauty. The book was beyond hope and I have taken great pleasure in breathing new life into its' lovely old pages.
The pages have been punched into 2" hearts and stitched in a triple layer of twirling fluttering gorgeousness. Leave the hearts flat or open them up for the full on 3D effect. I have the original one of these hanging from an old antique pine cupboard but equally it could be hung from a peg,your christmas tree, in a doorway or window, or perhaps from a mantle or bedpost or just plain and simple on a wall. A perfect gift for a horse lover!
This string of hearts measures approx. 40" it is finished with a merino wool felt bead in a muted olive green at the bottom and has vintage French linen twine ties. Ready to hang or give as a truly unique gift. The hearts will be mailed flat but are very easy to open
