I have a love affair with this sassy number. My supple strapless black cocktail dress with a sweetheart neckline will have you falling hard too. The asymmetrical bodice is covered in layer after buttery layer of softness and deliciousness with subtle hand-sewn folds, creating a twisted effect. Little poofs of pleats on the pockets are just inviting you to use them.
Each layer has been painstakingly draped. The fabric is called cupro, which is a cousin of rayon and tencil. It is a sustainable and biodegradable silk alternative made from reclaimed natural sources like cotton husks and wood pulp. The texture? If suede and silk had a baby, this is what it would feel like. Cupro has body, the right amount of bounce, cling, and flutter as silk. The weight of cupro is perfect for fall and winter. Black mesh accents complete the dress, balancing the romance with just enough edge. The fitted bodice is reinforced with boning (you don’t need to wear a bra with it). The dress is fully lined and I use quality zippers.
It’s the perfect little black dress for your bridesmaids, high school reunion, concert, Summer or Fall wedding, hot date, etc. Pair it with a wintery faux fur jacket and some sheer tights for cold weather.
This dress is made to order, so it takes about a week to finish, depending on how many other orders I have.

If you’re unsure of what size to get, always go with your largest measurements and you can tailor the rest to fit. I would recommend for strapless that you measure a strapless dress you already have that fits well- measure it at the bust level. The chest measurement on strapless dresses is always smaller to support the bust.

The size small dress measures as follows:
Bust: 33 1/2” ( smaller because it’s strapless)
Waist: 29 ¼” **
Hips: 38 ¾”**
Skirt length: 16”
**The waist is larger than actual because of the amount of layers and boning. Refer to the size chart and go by that.
