This statement piece is simply stunning. This set includes two separate pieces. The first piece is my 14 inch tulle birdcage veil and the second piece is a detachable tulle puff with a trio rhinestone button center. The fascinator measures at approx 11 inches across and is attached to a clip for easy placement.
