skirt has deep tucks on each side of the
waist. The dress zips up the back with
a metal zipper. It is accompanied by
its original matching belt (not shown)
and an adorable little topper. The
top/jacket is cropped and fitted. It
has capped sleeves and a scalloped edge.
It buttons up the back to close.
