The inside has a white glaze, and the outside is a translucent green glaze with a slip and underglaze drawing. There is a slip detail under the foot as well. The elephant is left unglazed for a diference in texture and color, which affects the look but not the functionality of the piece.
This mug is microwave and dishwasher safe.
