We sculpted these tiny avocados by hand. The inside is a variegated green, from light in the middle, to darker at the edge. The backs of the avocados are, of course, all nubbly just like real avocados. We even made a swirly marbled pit for one of the avocados.
We accented the avocados with coppery swarovski crystals for some sparkle, and finished the earrings on closed-back ear wires.
The earrings hang from surgical steel (hypoallergenic) ear wires. If you'd prefer sterling silver, contact us and we'll make a new pair for $2 extra.
Since we sculpt each avocado by hand, yours might be a tiny bit different from those pictured.
** Measurements **
The avocado charms are just over 1/2" (12mm) long. The earrings themselves fall almost exactly 1 1/2" from where the ear wires exit the ear to the bottom of the avocados. (See the fourth photo for a sense of scale.)
