Girl and her horse no. 3 in embroidered in charcoal gray and deep red on antique homespun linen that is between 80-120 years old. The porcelain doll arms are from Germany and were dug from the earth from the grounds of an old doll factory that operated between 1890-1920. The piece is framed in an antique metal embroidery hoop that is 7 i/4 inches in diameter. The piece is backed with wool felt and is signed and dated on the back. It hangs with a simple lace ribbon.

This is a made to order item. Please allow one week for me to make your embroidery prior to shipping. I will send photos of the completed piece prior to shipping to make sure the it is to your liking. If you'd like to change the color of the dresses please let me know.

If you'd like to read more about the history of the linen you can check out my blog post about it here: http://marysgranddaughter.blogspot.com/2009/06/look-what-i-found.html
