HOW IT WORKS:
1. You send me a favorite photo as a .jpg file, with a resolution of 200dpi minimum. (See my shop policies for information on sending image files.)
2. I create a custom wooden jigsaw puzzle.
3. I ship the puzzle to you.
FIGURALS: One of your choice. A figural is a puzzle piece shaped like a letter, object, animal, symbol, or human figure. Think of it as the “prize in the box.” Every Bella Puzzle also includes a signature "monkey" puzzle figural piece. This piece will be signed and dated.
TRICKS: Any or all of the following tricks may appear in your puzzle. Color-line cutting, disguised edge pieces, fake edge pieces, split corners, split knobs and keys, drop-outs.
MATERIALS: 1/4 inch baltic birch.
STORAGE AND CARE: The best way to store a wooden jigsaw puzzle is in its box. (Pets, liquids, sunlight, and small children do not go well with puzzles.)
PACKAGING: I will package your puzzle in a signature tangerine-colored box bearing a Bella Puzzles label. Your puzzle box will not have a picture of the completed puzzle.
PRODUCTION TIME: New orders will be delivered in 8-12 weeks. Each item is carefully created by hand.
SHIPPING:
In the U.S. -- USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days. It includes insurance, tracking information, and delivery confirmation.
Outside the U.S.** -- USPS International Priority Mail takes 14 days or more. A tracking number will be provided.
