Since this is a very old mirror, it has a few dark specks toward bottom in mirror that just gives it more character even though they are hardly noticeable. The frame is heavy plastic with cardboard backing and backing has some scuff marks.
It has hooks for wire and hanging but this mirror weighs 25 lbs. so I would be sure it was secure if I did hang it. I have put the feet on the bottom of frame so it does not come in direct contact with floor.
