Large box is 8 1/4" wide by 3 1/2" tall by 5 1/2" depth. Small box is 5 1/4" wide by 2 1/2" tall by 3 2/4" depth.
These boxes were received from my overseas father by his lovely wife; my mother, when he was serving in the US Army in the early 50s. They were put on display shelf and remained there until June of 2010 when my mother left this world for the next.
Beautiful inlaid work, different seaside colorful painting on each box. Boxes open as photos indicate, each makes a slight musical sound as the drawer opens. Drawer knob on one box is loose but can easily be repaired. Each drawer top has a beatiful picture painted on.
These will be a great addition to your personal collection or as a gift.
