They are hand twisted and bent out of 24 gauge steel wire and will stay black unless you let them play outside. Outside they will turn reddish brown and rusty which is a good look for some.
You will get 3 different skulls chosen by me. They look best hanging in groups and besides they really are social beings. They come out different each time but I'll make sure you get a good variety. If you get more than 3, I won't charge extra for shipping.
What to do with them? Befriend each one. Hang them up with a tiny nail, string or hook. Let them stay close to each other. They like to make shadow art so give them a little light to dance in. Photograph them. Give them word balloons to talk with. Use them as scrapbook embellishments. Not recommended as jewelry because they are a bit fragile, but you can take them on walks.
