Wonderful Altered Antique Plate, Serving Platter
This is a wonderful X-large, antique, flow blue (turquoise, rare) Upper Hanley "COURT" "KINGS" platter marked "ENGLAND", semi-porcelain. c. 1890-1910. Amazing flow blue floral and scroll pattern in a rare and brilliant turquoise color. Raised scroll design around the crest and a wonderful scalloped edge. Deep platter.
This is a large, oval serving platter 16.2" X 11.7", deep plater 1.85" deep.
Really makes a stunning frame for Marie Beartoinette!
Can be used for serving. I recommend washing by hand to preserve.
I have used a transfer and heat technique to seal the image into the plate.
