These are great quality, double layered, medium thickness (size 4) cotton bracelets (approx. 1 cm or 3/8" wide, approx. 5" long + strings). The loop on one end makes it very easy to tie (even using just one hand). I left the braided ends long enough (3") so it fits almost every wrist.
