Perfect for the 'apple of your eye' baby! This set is functional as well as just darn cute - use it for around the town wear or for those special photo shoots.
The hat pattern uses basic stitches – chains, single crochet, double crochet, half double crochet, treble crochet and slip stitches. The booties also use a back-post single crochet - directions are in the pattern. You don’t need to have extensive experience, but you should be comfortable with working in rounds as well as rows, changing colors and single crochet decreases. I am always available for help via the email address at the end of the pattern.
The pattern includes instructions for making the hat in all sizes as well as the booties in sizes 0-3 months, 3-6 months, and 6-12 months. You will need up to 3.5 ounces of worsted weight yarn depending on what size you make. Size H and I crochet hooks for the hat; size F or G hooks for the booties.
