Written on the front is the affirmation I created -

Printed on high quality art paper stock, measuring approximately 6½.x 4½ (17cm x 12cm) they come with kingfisher blue recycled paper envelopes and are packaged in a cellophane sleeve.
The card is blank on the inside so you can write your own message, with 'May you be joyous. May you be courageous. May you eat life' written on the back.
