**WOOL FACT**
Believe it or not, wool has the ability to keep your heart rate low! Scientists at the Polytechnic Institute of Wales conducted experiments with various fibers worn by subjects during sleep, and they found that, not only does wool remove excess moisture, it actually lowered subjects heart rate! A low heart rate indicates a good, relaxing sleep, so wool clearly encouraged relaxation and comfort. It was also found that other fibers, primarily synthetic ones elevated heart rate!

This yarn feels stiff while knitting, but relaxes the more it is washed & worn, quickly becoming a favorite! Wonderful for sweaters, shawls and mittens!
