The dress has elastic at the shoulders and the ends of the little puff sleeves. The skirt is knee length and gathered into the bodice. The entire dress is lined in brown voile. Striped straps tie in back.
Choose your standard size (12m, 18m, 2T, 3T, 4T), or include these measurements for a custom size: width around chest, desired length from shoulder to hem. Include size or measurements in the message to seller field during checkout. Send me a message if you are interested in a larger size.
