They were produced for a relatively short period of time before being sold to Whiting and Davis in 1944.
The enamel on this purse is teal,gold,lavender and green.
The enameling is in very good condition on both sides.
It measures 8" long from top of clasp to bottom of fringe, and is 4" wide.
About 5 strands of the chain fringe are missing,but could easily be replaced.
There are small gaps on each side,at the hinge,where the mesh isn't attached,which I see frequently on these purses.
Perhaps it is the way they are made.
