This particular pair is new for fall, medium dark heather grey, mixed with a subtly metallic heather grey jersey. The main body of the leggings is cotton/spandex jersey, while the panels are poly/cotton/spandex with a great metallic sheen. These tights should be hand washed in warm water then hung or lain flat to dry.
All the seams are overlocked for durability, the leg openings are finished with a stretch coverstitch, and the waistband is finished with a narrow lingerie elastic as well as coverstitch so the WB is nice and stretchy, yet will not lose its shape. The WB hits at around the belly button/true waist. I find that a regular rise looks looks a lot more smooth layered under clothing.
