Made when ordered to assure freshness, this mix has whole wheat flour, graham whole wheat flour, organic coconut flour, organic soy flour, toasted wheat germ, coconut oil and honey. It also contains dried whole milk, cream of tartar, baking powder and salt.
You can make pancakes/waffles, cornbread, coffee cake, muffins, biscuits, etc. with this mix! It's versatile, wholesome and tastes great.
This comes in a food safe plastic bag inside a brown kraft bag to protect against light. Also included are recipes to use this baking mix with. Although this does not require refrigeration, I recommend it be refrigerated or placed in the freezer to retain freshness. Bring to room temperature before using for best results.
