SCALLOPS FOLONARI

My girlfriend and I were at our summer home, but it was November 25th that we invented this delightful dinner. We had no food and relied on whatever was in the dieing garden and almost empty cupboards. Since then it has been improvised but not improved. It all depends on your taste buds. Here’s to you Donna.
4 T butter
4 T extra virgin olive oil
¾c chicken stock
¾ c dry white wine (Folonari)
1 lb sea scallops
1 T SOUPER SPICES-SEAFOOD BLEND
Salt and Pepper
Angel hair pasta
In a skillet melt butter and oil. Add and sauté scallops one minute on each side. Add SOUPER SPICES, water, wine and bouillon. Bring to a simmer for about 4 minutes or until scallops are done. This is a light sauce so serve over angel hair pasta.
*Try this with broccoli, chicken, artichokes, shrimp, mushrooms or a combination of any.
