Needle felted severed heads are made with 100% wool, all by hand. Their centers are filled with lots of catnip which has also been worked into the wool so as your cat plays with it, the catnip gets stronger.
I have 2 cats who LOVE these toys. Keep in mind that they are made with wool, so as your cat plays with it, it will get frizzier on the outside. Sometimes ears get ripped off or spinal cords get ripped out, but hey, that's nature! For the most part, they stay intact, it all depends on how aggressive your cat is. Sometimes they end up in one big fluff ball...but at least you know your cat had a good time! You can always trim the loose hairs with scissors and if you own any felting needles of your own, you can felt missing parts back on if they get ripped off...you can always sew them back on too! I also highly recommend you photograph your cat playing with them! It's so funny.
