This is the mid-size version of my Primo Cutting Boards

Let's say that you have shelled out some good money for a fine, hand-made artisan-made cured meat.
Or maybe you just came home with a freshly-baked, hand-made baguette.
Shouldn't you have a way to display such fine food that reflects it's quality?

Yes. You should.
And this narrow cherry butcher block is just the thing.

It's size means that you can have it right on the dining table with you to slice at will, or do the cutting in the kitchen and use it as a serving board.

This will also be great for cheese, bread, sushi, and truffles, among other things.

Made of quartersawn and plain sawn Cherry, most of which was reclaimed from abandoned projects and the burn bin. The Mahogany feet are slightly splayed for extra stability and are attached with Cherry pegs.
