You will receive the digital files in both JPG and PNG file format (TIFF, when requested). PNG files have a transparent background which is perfect for watermarking photographs. The logo and watermark can be designed exactly the same or the watermark could have certain elements removed, for a simpler look.
At this time, I only create the design files in PNG, JPG and TIFF formats, additional formats will not be included. The design files can be used for your website, blog, email signatures, printing materials (business cards, letterhead).*Please inquire if you have questions about the usage of any other printing materials prior to purchasing.
After you have purchased and payment has been received you will receive a design questionnaire via email so that I can start the process of creating your logo/watermark.
The typical turnaround time for custom design work is 14 days for proofs. RUSH ORDER packages include four to five design concepts within a 48 hour period of time. If additional adjustments and design proofs are requested the length of time will vary, typically a 24 hour period of time.
If for any reason the first set of design proofs isn't exactly the style/look you had envisioned, I would be happy to create a new set of concepts until the perfect design is created for you!!
Your purchase includes unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied.
*Once the design process has been started there will be no refunds given.
