The Holiday Inn comes with its sign. It features two hotel rooms with bathrooms, a restaurant, and front lobby. The revolving door and sliding 'glass' doors are in tact. The lithos on the holiday inn do show some wear and one of the floor lithos in the upper room is missing a small tear. One small plastic beam underneath an awning is missing. There are plastic molded pieces along the outside of the hotel - Ice Machine and Cold Pop Machine and there is a kennel for the FP pup!
The Fisher Price people and accessories are all in excellent condition. The only one showing wear is the lobby worker who has a couple of chew marks on her head :)
