What a treasure! This lovely bunny stands about 12 inches tall (not including his ears) and is in great working condition! That's right, this vintage Rushton still winds, play's farashaka, and moves his arm in slow little circles, waving to you! He has been repaired along his bottom, one small spot on his back, and I believe on his tail as well, which has one small spot where the threading has become lose. He has a bare spot on his back where his winding mechanism is, presumably from being wound over the ears, and his fur is a little lose (little tiny strands come out if you pluck at it, but not by itself) as these tend to be. He's missing a small bit of paint on his molded fringe, and his eye shadow on the right eye has faded some over the years. He has wire in one ear which allows you to pose it, but the other does not, I am not sure if this is part of the original deign, or if he's lost the wire at some point. He has a little bit of snagging on the lining inside his ears.
His tag, which is a bit tattered at the ends reads: A Rushton (copyright) on one side, and the remnants of what I assume said Rushton Company.
Too cute for words, just the perfect addition to any toy collector's shelves.
