This collar is not only the best collar I've ever had, the customer service is perfect. I recieved this collar as a gift for my cat years ago. My cay had allergies and would scratch at her neck day and night. By scratching so much she would go through collars all the time! But this one lasted! It lasted seemingly forever. However, sadly my cat got cancer and when it spread to her lymph node glands her neck began to swell. I needed a larger collar for her, so I ordered the same collar in a bigger size. After ordering the bigger collar, I email the seller with my sob story of how I needed the bigger collar and quickly. She rushed not one, but two replacement collars. Sadly, my precious baby has passed away, but I'll still hold on to the collars for my next baby. Much graditude to the seller. Above and beyond!
