This OOAK beauty is 30 grams of fine silver from a mold I carved myself. I then set into the phoenix, a marquise cut lab created ruby, 2 fire opal Cubic Zirconiums, and 7 lab created yellow sapphires. There is also a design on the back with a another fire opal CZ! I filed and carved and refined, then fired it in a kiln.
After it came out of the kiln I then added pure gold paste asymmetrically on the wings and tail, and fired again. The gold is 22k gold.
Truly a labour of love, this pendant is strung simply on a black satin cord, with an adjustable 2 knot system. Length of the satin cord can be adjusted form 24inches to 16inches.
Pendant is 3 1/4 inches long (82mm) long and 2 1/3 inches (60mm) wide!
