Ever the romantic, I adore reading letters and postcards from days past. Through the writer's hand, I can travel in time, glimpsing into another life and time. Each handwritten piece is, in many ways, a work of art … the flourishing script, the sketches along the paper's edge, the texture of the paper, the wax seal. My wax seal jewelry collection is inspired by that love of this fading art form.

I use a set of ornate wax seals to create initial pendants from fine silver (99.9% pure silver). Each pendant is individually made and uniquely characterized by its nuances. The pendants, which are approximately .75 inches (19 mm), are suspended from an elegant, 17-inch (43 cm) sterling silver rolo chain.

You may select any letter of the alphabet – the initial for your first name, your family name, or perhaps your child's name. Simply note your letter choice at checkout. You are also welcome to request a different length of chain.
