*6" around at cuff, tapering down to 8" around at ankle.
*18" from top to bottom.
Best fits size small adult and medium adult legs. Will most likely stretch beautifully to warm up size large adult, also. This material is very stretchy but keeps it shape well.
Recommend care: Hand wash cold with like colors. Dry flat. Cool iron.
