Our design are designed to be completed as quickly as possible with the least amount of color changes. When you stitch out our designs you will notice that most of the time you will be doing satin stitches on some parts before you are finished tacking down all the fabric. This is normal for our designs. There is no need to lay down all the fabric before you can start satin stitches.
All of our designs will be sent in the 4x4, 5x7, and 6x10 hoop sizes(unless stated differently). Any other sizes are available by request for no additional charge.
Designs will be sent by email in a compressed zip file containing PES, JEF, EXP, VIP, DST, HUS, XXX formats. If you need a different format, you must specify the format needed at checkout. I will send designs as quickly as I possible can, usually within the hour when I'm home.
Since every machine is different we recommend testing your designs on scrap fabric before using on a project.
Resizing is always free and done usually within the hour of the request being received. Applique Designs cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur should you modify any of our designs in any way.

Due to the digital nature of these designs, no refunds will be given. Should you have any problems with your designs, please contact us immediately and your problem will be our priority.
We will be working on new designs daily and will add them when they are available.
