This particular fascinator or cocktail hat sits well in many places. The feathers are black, brown and dusty blue. I bead each hat by hand: in fact, every stitch is made by hand. The wire in the edges makes sure that it holds its shape and allows you to custom curve the hat to your needs. The hat is made from Thai silk and glass seed beads.
