There is a clear bone back which can be customized with a name, initials or a coordinated scene of your choice: $15.00 for a first name or initials, $18.00 for a full name and $20.00 for a longer sentiment. You may purchase the existing listing and I will send a PayPal invoice to you for the additional charge.
The scrimshaw is inked with black india ink and sealed with 2 coats of archival wax to protect the intricate design and to enhance the beauty of the bone. It is water resistant, but not waterproof.
