You must have some knowledge of photoshop (layers, cropping, layer masks, resizing, etc.) to use my designs!! I do not offer photoshop support. I offer a tutorial for basics of using my templates on my blog which you can find the link for in the policies section.
If you are not familiar with photoshop I would not recommend that you purchase from my shop. :)
