This skirt is made with navy, white and red cotton fabric and machine stitched to look like the real Union Jack. Please note it is made to fray a bit to give it that real authentic flag look. This skirt has a non-roll elastic waist for comfort. All garments come professionally tagged with all seams serged for lasting durability.

EASY CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Iron on linen/cotton setting. Turn inside out prior to washing for best results.
