The artwork showcased in Disorder in Progress are exquisite, refined, polished, attractive, elegant, fine, subtle and simultaneously striking. Its entirety is illustrated in black and white, highly contrasted from the exterior of the book which is vibrant and glossy, similar to the way Brazil itself can be characterized by some vibrant and colourful from the outside yet dark and sinister inside.
The book features works by Carlos Bêla, Coletivo Design, Stephan Doitschinoff, Raquel Falkenbach, Linn Olofsdotter, Eduardo Recife and many others, providing insight into a deeper look of this fascinating country of dynamic contrasts.
