It was made in decoupage technique on black polymer clay and covered with a glossy resin.
The ring is attached to antiqued brass ring base and can be adjusted to any size - it can be eased to a larger size or gently squeezed down to a smaller size.
Size of the round base is 0.78 inch in diameter (2 cm).
