• FREE PROOF • A complimentary digital proof is included specially for you (Except for LOGO files provided by you).
We want to be sure that you are getting what you asked for. It's our way to say "THANK YOU" to our clients & to make sure everything is accurate before it goes into production.
• We usually send proof the next business day upon completion of the checkout process. Sometimes it takes up to 3-5 business days due to a high volume of requests & orders.
• Please buy with confidence. We will only send proof upon completion of the checkout process.
• Without your approval, we WILL NOT proceed. Please be sure to proof-read everything to avoid any typo. It will be finalized once you approved the design.
★ What you see on the proof is what you get on the stamp.
• We do charge a redo fee on customer mistake.

All of our stamps are made to order.
• For Pre-inked Stamps
★ We produce & ship our Pre-inked Stamps on a daily basis. Please allow 2-4 business days for production once you approve your artwork.
• For Rubber Stamps | Craft Stamps | Wood Stamps
★ We produce & ship our Rubber Stamps on a daily basis. Please allow 3-5 business days for production once you approve your artwork.
{Turnaround - SHIPPING}
• Within USA: 3-4 working days. Exclude production time.
• Regular International Airmail: 1-2 working weeks depending on location.
★ Please make sure the address in your Paypal account is a CONFIRMED ADDRESS. We ship your packages based on the address in your Paypal account.
{Turnaround - Rush Order}
Convo us if you need it sooner than 3 business days BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER.
• If you are shopping for last minute, we do offer an Expedite Rush Order option which puts your rush order above our "ordering queue" and processed within 1-2 working days, exclude shipping time.
• We will create a Rush Order Custom Listing specially for you so we won't miss it.
• Expedite fee apply. USPS Priority Shipping (2-3 working days within USA) included.
• If you wish to ship with Overnight option, check with us. The shipping itself usually cost $25 or more.
• For International buyers, International Priority Shipping (6-10 working days) cost $16 or more.
