Dinosaur Kale is an 18th century Italian heirloom variety also known as Lacinato. The dark blue - green leaves of this extremely winter–hardy variety become sweeter after a hard frost and it can tolerate sub zero temperatures. Tender & delicious when stir–fried or steamed. Perfect for fall planting.
