This gorgeous lady's full size top hat is made from scratch using buckram and wire construction. I've used this mesmerizing burgundy dupion silk taffeta, which has this beautiful black shimmer into it and diagonal seams. Adorned with black satin ribbon, black ostrich and coque feathers and a luxurious round rhinestone buckle. Fully lined with black satin. Attaches with a thin elastic to have the perfect angled look!

Measurements : height 6.5 inches( 16 cm )
front to back 9 inches ( 23 cm )
side to side 8 inches ( 20 cm )
